Grand March: 4:00pm BHS Performing Arts Center

• Doors open at 3:30pm
  

• Guests to Grand March may park in front of PAC, door #3; students attending prom should park in the Bulldog parking lot and enter through Bulldog entrance, door #5.

• Students can begin arriving around 3:15pm and those in the first part of Grand March should be in order by 3:45pm. If you are later in grand march order- you may hang out in the lunch room until Grand March has started and then begin to get in order. Grand March order will be posted in the Bulldog entrance hallway and outside of room 503 prior to prom in early May.

• After the Grand March, there is an opportunity for students to take pictures with the Grand March decorations. Note: there will be no official prom photographer

Dinner: 

There will be NO formal dinner provided at prom. There will be pizzas, beverages, and dessert provided throughout the evening at the dance venue.

Dance Information:

After Grand March, students are free to leave and go to dinner on their own. They must provide their own transportation to the venue.

Attendees must arrive to the venue by 8:30pm *prior to entry, students' bags and pockets will be checked. 

7:45pm - doors open/arrival (pizza/cake/unlimited beverage service)

8:30pm - DOORS LOCKED - no one will be admitted after this time and no readmittance is allowed.

10:30pm - end of event

Guest forms: 

• Prom is for all BHS junior and seniors.

• Becker students may bring a guest. Guests may be sophomores or be one year out of high school.

• Dance guest contract forms are required for students who are not currently attending BHS and are due two days before prom. Not meeting this deadline can lead to being excluded from prom events.
